@Vampeel - this is the answer for Lacedameon, CYBORX, Bioapes & EVA. With these collections, there is nothing the NFT owner needs to take in consideration with regards to token pools. For Lost kids, the token claimed is ETH, and that is entirely dependent on the ETH pool, just as it has been since they were first stakeable. The reason for we have taken the action to pause, is in response to recent regulatory developments regarding staking programs. We have carefully considered and followed the advice of our legal council as the Securities and Exchange Commission has escalated their crackdown on the crypto industry and are levying significant fines due to companies being deemed to be not compliant with current regulations due to some aspects of staking causing certain assets to be seen as securities (see example with this recent press release, Kraken - As for giving notice, we announced last night, 2/23/23, that Mandox is suspending any new enrollments and also allowing the active staking periods to expire in order to demonstrate the compliance program of Mandox and ensure we are not in violation of current regulations. We have announced the immediate pause to any new token/NFT staking while also making sure we give notice that we are honoring the prior terms of the staking rewards for the NFTs, and giving notice that the token staking rewards must be claimed by the end of the month. To allow additional time and capability for individuals to sweep and stake now would go against legal advice and the compliance program initiative of ensuring we are following US regulations. It would have therefore opened up the ecosystem to unnecessary risks of heavy fines and decreased values to token prices. The fines would be a non tax deductible expense that would need to be paid out of revenue streams that we have earmarked for future buybacks/burns of tokens and NFT utility support. At this point in time we're not able to put a date on the ending of the pause, as we have to wait for jurisdiction in the Kraken case referred to above or even possibly a replacement program/system as voted on by the DAO.

Token staking ending on March 1st NFTs staking you don’t have to worry about it anything. Once you time is up you can claim Your tokens. Lost kids you can still claim until your pool is to 0 So when the NFT’s staking 90 day is up, you will not be able to just claim and continue to stake? We would need to claim and unstake at that point? Answer:Yesss Temporary
